By accessing, registering with, or using the ph361 Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as the ph361 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ph361 is legal under the laws applicable to you. ph361 does not offer services to persons in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
You represent that you are of sound mind, are not acting under duress, and are capable of entering into legally binding agreements. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ph361 bears no responsibility for gambling decisions made by you.
To access ph361's paid gaming services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and such other information as ph361 may require from time to time.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) ph361 Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether using different contact details, payment methods, or identity information, is a material breach of these Terms. ph361 uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended and all balances, including winnings, forfeited without recourse.
ph361 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its users. You must provide, upon request, a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, national ID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or equivalent). KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. ph361 may request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ph361 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify ph361 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ph361 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as indicated on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit is ₱100. ph361 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. ph361 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ph361 targets GCash payout processing within fifteen (15) minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts; actual timing may vary based on payment provider processing. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. ph361 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
ph361 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, account policy violation, bonus abuse, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the Platform. ph361 will communicate the basis for any such withholding to the affected user within a reasonable timeframe.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph361 are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, time limits, and maximum cashout caps. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. ph361 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting errors in bonus crediting, or coordinated bonus farming — will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each game available on ph361 is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the applicable rules. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of game conduct. ph361 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are operated by regulated studios. ph361 does not manipulate game outcomes. Technical failures or software errors that affect game outcomes will be handled in accordance with ph361's Fair Gaming Policy; affected bets may be voided at ph361's discretion.

All content on the ph361 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design — is the proprietary property of ph361 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph361 content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph361 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds arising from your gambling decisions; (b) loss of data, profits, or business opportunity; (c) interruptions to service, technical failures, or Platform downtime beyond ph361's reasonable control; (d) actions of third-party payment processors. ph361's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ph361's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
ph361 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using ph361, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph361 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.

ph361 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where ph361 reasonably believes that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account presents a risk of fraud or regulatory non-compliance; (c) continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. Upon termination for cause, ph361 may forfeit all Account balances. Legitimate Real Money Balances in Accounts closed without cause will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method following verification.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph361's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact ph361 customer support to attempt an informal resolution of any dispute.
ph361 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of ph361 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
